  • White refined Sugar IC150: Is ideal for industrial use where cost savings are a consideration and the appearance of the Sugar is less critical.
  • Brown Sugar: Also well known as Demerara Sugar is a minimally Refined Sugar, that retains its natural Molasses content, giving it a distinct deep flavor and golden-brown color.
